Description
I found a great B/W photo of a German Chancellor of WW I. He was a liberal believe it or not amonsgt the German hawks. I almost since the people of Germany was tired of war and voted for him. Yet he was eventually pushed out in 1917. He was nothing but a figurehead. I like the haircuts then, "flattops"?
A piece of history, I found interesting.

Another German figure you might consider: Friedrich Holstein (Monster of the Labyrinth) He was a former protege of Bismarck, but betrayed him at the end. Holstein, unknown to the German people, actually called the shots on foreign policy from behind the scenes, and was, like Wilhelm II, most responsible for leading Germany into a collision course with France, Russia and England.
