A British S.E.5a aircraft attempts to destroy a German supply train locomotive in the French countryside during WWI.

Credit: This is a "screenshot" from "Rise of Flight" game as I atempted to fly several strafing runs in an attempt to destroy the locomotive. Painted and edited with GIMP.

Thanks for Looking. Cheers, Mike

Thanks John, always appreciate your feedback.

This was a fun composition for me. I always wanted to add a train with an aircraft in ROF.

I read about strafing runs of the P-47's during WW II. These missions were very dangerous because they had to fly low and close to a well defended train.

I am sure WW I strafing missions were also very challenging.

Thanks Graham appreciate your feedback.

As I like trains also, I thought it was time to go for a Train/AC composition. Spent several hours until I got the "shot".

Cheers, Mike
