Description
The russian Tu-160 "White Swan" has dropped the last Tsar Bomb IIx, ( 60 Mega Tons) near an industrial city in North America. A Super Alpha F111 X-70 pursues it's prey in attempt to destroy the adversary.
Earth is "for all intents and purposes" destroyed. Only the airmen and submariners of both the U.S. and Russia's Triad Forces will survive and live out their final days in deep underwater "Oceanic Bunkers".
The Tu-160 pilot and crew races toward specific coordinates in the Atlantic Ocean to be pick-up by an Akyla/Delta Class VI submarine and then travel to a safe ocean bunker.
The U.S. pilot and crew will do the same procedure. It's a final race to the Atlantic Ocean in attempt to survive.
If we we only knew what lies below our ocean floors.

A truly chilling image. As one who lived through the Cold War era on USAF bases, this was a daily threat. Someone in your comments said they were glad the Cold War was over, and had never gotten Hot. Just last week on November 13, 2014, 3:31 PM on the CBS Evening News David Martin reported that Putin had ordered his Strategic Bombing Forces to start flying missions over the Gulf of Mexico and other locations. Deja Vu All Over Again!
